Starcraft 2

So I finally got Starcraft 2. It's a great RTS game with a lot of cool features. I opened it up and did the tutorial, and I felt like I was at Disney World :p  There was a cool robot girl telling me to do.

Overall this is a great game, especially for someone like me who's been play the original for ever. I recommend it!

Minecraft!

So, after hearing about Minecraft for so long, I've finally started playing. It's quite addictive! I started out not having any idea what to do, but was quickly helped out by a few online guides. You start out in the middle of a world that's generated for you, and then you go and search for supplies, like trees. I went up to a tree, and started hitting it until it gave me some wood (pun intended). Pretty soon I was building a house and some supplies to keep myself going and protected from the monsters that come out at night. It might have 1990's era graphics, but it's a great game!

Handbrake Queue Manager

So I found a great companion for Handbrake today called Handbrake Queue Manager. Have you ever had, say a whole season of TV Episodes to convert and had to put them in one by one to Handbrake? This is for you! Open up HandBrake and this app, and select what you wanted to convert like above.

Then it just confirms that you don't want any more. At this point make sure all the settings are right so it doesn't add all the items with the wrong preset. Then it does it's magic

It adds each one and types it in for you. Overall it's a decent app, especially for freeware. It has its kinks though
